Written Over Me by Deola Rae MP3 Download
Deola Rae returns with Written Over Me, a gospel record that reflects on God’s presence, purpose and the testimony that can emerge when a person looks back on their life through faith.
The message on the track focuses on the idea that our lives can carry a story shaped by grace, even through seasons we did not fully understand at the time. Musically, the record sits in the gospel and jazz gospel space, running for just over four minutes and giving the vocal performance enough room to carry its devotional message. The production is credited to Samuel Herald, while Oluwole Samuel Omole Ohonsi is listed as the lyricist and composer.
Released on September 5, 2026 through Herald Music Group, the single follows a busy year for Deola Rae, whose 2026 catalogue includes Mercy Speaks, Hold the Line, Echoes of Heaven and You All Along. The project is based in Lagos and focuses on worship stories, prayer and Christian testimony, with the music released under Herald Music Group.
There is something personal about looking at your past and recognising that every chapter has contributed to who you are today. For listeners who enjoy gospel music that encourages reflection, gratitude and renewed trust in God, this record offers a thoughtful soundtrack for quiet worship and moments of personal testimony.
