K.P.L – Proud Of Me by K.P.L MP3 Download
K.P.L, the South African Hip-Hop/Rap artist, turns towards a more affirming subject with Proud Of Me, while keeping the personal character found throughout his music.
Proud Of Me suggests a reflective but encouraging mood, focusing on personal progress and the satisfaction that can come after difficult seasons. The Hip-Hop/Rap setting gives K.P.L room to deliver that message in a direct and conversational way.
The record is supplied as part of the KPL album. K.P.L’s music regularly examines struggle, survival and emotional growth, creating useful context for a song focused on recognising personal progress.
After spending time with difficult subjects, a record centred on achievement and self-recognition brings another shade to the project. It gives the listener a chance to hear the artist acknowledge progress instead of only discussing what went wrong.
This makes the track a natural fit for listeners who like rap records that reflect on progress and the small victories that come after difficult experiences.
